The agreement between
you and Bonded.

By accessing or using Bonded (“the Platform”), operated by Aradeva Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”), available at bonded.partners and through our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bonded. They apply to all users, whether accessing the Platform via the web or mobile application.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Bonded. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account immediately and permanently delete all associated data.

To use Bonded, you create an account with an email address and a display name of your choosing. You do not need to provide your real name. Authentication is handled via magic links — single-use, time-limited login links sent to your email. There are no passwords.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email account associated with your Bonded account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorised it.

You connect with partners through anonymous partner codes or email invitations. If invited by email, the email is used to deliver the invitation only — it is never displayed to your partner inside the Platform. You may regenerate your partner code at any time.

Bonded exists to support consensual power exchange dynamics. This section is central to these Terms.

All activities facilitated by the Platform must be consensual. Every person in a dynamic participates voluntarily. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, by any person, for any reason, without consequence on the Platform.

Bonded provides tools to support consent — including independent limit classifications, real-time change notifications, and the ability to leave any dynamic instantly. These tools exist to facilitate negotiation and communication. They do not replace real-world consent.

Bonded does not verify, monitor, or enforce real-world consent. We cannot observe or confirm what happens between people outside of the Platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all activities — whether facilitated by Bonded or not — are fully consensual between all parties involved.

Using the Platform to facilitate, coordinate, or document non-consensual activity is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose: managing consensual D/s dynamics. You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Harass, abuse, stalk, or threaten any person, including through the misuse of dynamic features
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorisation
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the Platform's infrastructure, security, or availability
• Use the Platform to distribute spam, malware, or unwanted communications
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform without our written permission
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Platform or any part of it

The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. You must not upload, share, or store:

• Any content involving minors. This includes sexual, suggestive, or exploitative content of any kind. Violations will result in immediate termination and reporting to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent.
• Non-consensual intimate content. Content depicting or documenting real people without their explicit consent, including revenge imagery or covertly recorded material.
• Real violence or threats of violence. Content depicting actual bodily harm intended to injure, or credible threats against any person.
• Content that promotes terrorism, human trafficking, or the exploitation of vulnerable persons
• Content that violates any applicable law in your jurisdiction

We do not proactively monitor user content (see Section 7). However, if we become aware of prohibited content through any means, we will act promptly — including removing the content, terminating the account, and cooperating with law enforcement where required.

Bonded is designed for people who store intimate data — diary entries, evidence photos, videos, audio, and documents, chat messages, activity records, and limit classifications related to D/s dynamics. We understand the sensitivity of this content.

We do not view, review, or moderate your content unless we are compelled to do so by valid legal process (such as a court order or lawful warrant) or to investigate a specific report of prohibited content as described in Section 6.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload complies with applicable laws and these Terms. By uploading intimate content, you represent that all individuals depicted have given their informed consent and are at least 18 years old.

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to Bonded, including diary entries, reflections, evidence submissions, chat messages, and files. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and the members of your dynamics. This licence terminates when your content is deleted or your account is closed.

We do not use your content for advertising, marketing, training machine learning models, or any purpose other than delivering the service.

Evidence uploads (photos, videos, audio, and documents submitted as proof of compliance) are automatically deleted after a retention period: 14 days for free accounts, 60 days for paid accounts. Text content (diary entries, chat messages, rules, tasks) is retained for as long as the dynamic or account exists.

When the last person leaves a dynamic, all data associated with that dynamic is permanently destroyed — including diary entries, rules, tasks, budgets, limits, timeline history, chat messages, and all uploaded files. Nothing is retained.

When you delete your account, all of your data is permanently destroyed. This includes your profile, dynamic memberships, content, files, and authentication record. There are no soft deletes. There are no hidden backups. Deletion is irreversible.

Bonded offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions unlock additional features and increased limits. Pricing and feature details are available on the Platform.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). You authorise us to charge the payment method on file at the start of each billing period.

Subscriptions purchased through Apple's App Store are governed by Apple's terms and billing practices. Refunds for App Store purchases must be requested through Apple.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect.

Bonded may introduce AI-assisted or automated features as part of the Platform. These features may include, but are not limited to, content suggestions, automated responses, pattern analysis, or other forms of computational assistance within your dynamic.

When AI-assisted features are available, we will clearly identify them as such. Any content generated or suggested by AI-assisted features is provided for informational or convenience purposes only and does not constitute advice of any kind.

AI-assisted features do not replace human judgement, consent, or communication within your dynamic. You remain fully responsible for all decisions and actions, regardless of whether they were informed or suggested by an automated feature.

If AI-assisted features process your content, we will explain what data is used and how in the relevant feature documentation and in our Privacy Policy. We will not use your intimate content to train general-purpose AI models.

The Platform, including its design, code, features, branding, and documentation, is owned by Bonded and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our written permission.

The Bonded name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Bonded. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Bonded is a tool for managing dynamics. It is not a counselling service, a medical service, a legal service, or a substitute for professional advice of any kind. We do not provide relationship advice, therapeutic guidance, or safety guarantees.

We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times. We do not guarantee that any data stored on the Platform will be preserved indefinitely (though we will honour our stated retention policies).

Bonded does not screen, vet, or verify users. We do not perform background checks. You interact with other users at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bonded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred pounds sterling (GBP 100), whichever is greater.

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonded and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: your use of the Platform; your violation of these Terms; your violation of any applicable law; your content; or any harm caused to another person arising from your activities facilitated through the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Platform's settings. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible, as described in Section 9.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activity, or if required by law. In cases of serious violations (such as prohibited content involving minors), termination will be immediate.

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

If you have a dispute with us, we encourage you to contact us first at legal@bonded.partners so we can attempt to resolve it informally. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal resolution. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the Platform and delete your account.

We will keep a record of previous versions of these Terms available upon request.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
